Mr. Ly Dai Khoa, C.E.O and Major Co-founder, was born in 1974 in Hanoi, He got BSc., in Plant Protection from Vietnam National University of Agriculture in 1998 and have received MSc. in Plant Pathology from Nong Lam University in 2005. Before founding Golden Harvest Seed Corporation in 2012 he had worked for Nunhems BV for 7 years, earlier he was a Project Manager of Syngenta Vietnam Co., LTD, 2 years worked for representative Office of United Phosporus LTD in Vietnam and 5 years in teaching in Plant pathology in Southern Agricuture College in Mekong river delta.

He had worked for LS- Subsidiary of LG group, Viettel, Viettien, Bon Mua before founding Golden Harvest Seed Corporation in 2012.

She received Engineer in Garment, Textile and Fashion from Ho Chi Minh City Unversity of Technology and BA in Accounting and finance from Nong Lam University. Before taking Co-founder of Golden Harvest Seed Corporation in 2012, she had worked for Phong Phu Textile Corporation, Comtextile, UPGAIN and others. She was also an accountant for several seed companies in Ho Chi Minh city.
